02 — Highway 7 & Mall Installs

Off-hours installs that
don't stop service.

About a third of our Markham installs are mall-based, with constrained access at Pacific Mall, First Markham Place, and Markville. We work around mall hours, service-corridor access, and the tenants on either side.

Dim sum and Cantonese restaurants get late-evening or overnight installs to avoid the lunch and dinner blocks. If an existing unit is failing, we run a diagnostic regardless of who installed it and quote the replacement when it is past economical repair. 01 Does WFE install walk-in coolers for Markham Asian grocery and seafood operators?
Yes. Asian grocery and seafood-driven operators are a meaningful part of our Markham install base. Build requirements differ from standard grocery walk-ins: dedicated seafood-grade rooms with intensified drainage and rapid-pulldown refrigeration for fresh fish, separate ambient and chilled storage zones, often paired with dedicated freezer rooms for frozen dim sum and ready-meal SKUs.
