Medical-grade cold rooms are judged on excursions, not averages. The 2-8°C band has to hold across the racked volume, the envelope has to be airtight, and the build records feed your GDP quality file.

Florists
The specialty corner of cold storage. Cut flowers hold at 33–35°F at 80–95% relative humidity, the opposite of what a standard walk-in does. Floral refrigeration and floral fridge builds get oversized evaporator coils, gasket-tuned doors, and optional active humidification.
