SPARE PARTS
At World Food Equipment, not only do we specialize in refrigeration, freezers, cold rooms and temperature controlled warehouses, we also have the capacity to produce spare parts for many of the services we offer. Sometimes, instead of a new installation or a new remodel, all you need is a small upgrade for a certain aspect of your unit. We are able to produce metal replacement parts such as hinges, latches, door closers and vinyl gaskets.
Hinges
Our metal door hinges are used to attach a door to a frame. These little pieces of metal are what allow doors to swivel open and shut. These are useful for any type of door and can be used for our walk-in refrigerators and freezers, as they can withstand the cold.
Latch
Our metal door latches are used to fasten two or more objects together. This is not the same thing as a lock, as it is not considered a locking mechanism. These are useful for any type of door or setting.
Door Closer
Door closers are a mechanical device designed to close doors in a more controlled fashion. This prevents the door from slamming, and has a more controlled motion. This is great in any setting where there is high traffic spots such as kitchens and warehouses.
Vinyl Gaskets
Our vinyl gaskets are used to seal around doors and windows. These are essential in the cooling industry, because it ensures an airtight seal in your fridge or freezer. This is good to save money on energy costs and is useful in any setting as our vinyl gaskets can withstand extremely cold temperatures for interior and exterior usage.
